SAP Data Migration

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze source system data and prepare for migration.
• Define migration strategy, timelines, and scope.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using SAP tools like LSMW, SAP Data Services, or custom scripts.
• Map data between legacy systems and SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI).
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve data-related challenges.
• Create and execute test cases for data migration activities including validation and reconciliation.
• Provide post-migration support and troubleshoot data issues.
• Document migration procedures and maintain migration-related artifacts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with SAP data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, SAP Data Services)
• Understanding of SAP data models and business processes (preferably MM, SD, FI modules)
• Proficient in SQL and ETL concepts
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
