SAP – Data Entry Operator

• PR creation for new SO/PO & amendment.
• Creation of SES/DPR/Checklist in SAP.
• Comparative between Bill Booked Value SAP vs Actual Certification.
• Creation of Material/Service Code in SAP.

Roles & Resposibilites

• Insert Project based data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
• Must have experience in SAP. AutoCAD experience is an added advantage.
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output as per the requirements laid down by the Project Managers at different sites and Regional office.
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete specific documents.
• Generate reports and perform backup operations.
• Scan documents and print files, when needed.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files as per the requirements of Project Managers and Regional office.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma Holder.
• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP in Construction/Real Estate Sector.
• Experience in AUTOCAD will be an added advantage.
• Attention to detail.
• Confidentiality.
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
