SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and implement SAP CS modules, including Service Order Management, Service Notifications, and Warranty Management.
Provide expertise and troubleshooting support for SAP CS solutions.
Collaborate with business teams to identify system requirements and customize solutions.
Ensure smooth integration of SAP CS with other modules (e. g., SD, MM, PM).
Conduct training and provide user support.
Participate in project planning, testing, and documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience with SAP CS module implementation and support.
Strong understanding of service processes (e. g., Service Orders, Service Requests, and Warranty Management).
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
SAP certification in CS or related modules is a plus.
Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules is preferred.
