SAP Customer Relationship Management / ABAP Technical

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / ABAP Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement robust solutions within our SAP CRM landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional understanding of SAP CRM processes and deep technical expertise in ABAP programming. This role is crucial for customizing, enhancing, and maintaining our CRM systems to meet evolving business requirements and ensure seamless customer interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEFW objects) within the SAP CRM environment.
• Customize and configure SAP CRM functionalities based on business requirements, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center.
• Develop and debug ABAP objects in areas such as Web UI, BOL/GENIL programming, UI component workbench, AET (Application Enhancement Tool), and BADI implementations specific to CRM.
• Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA) and external systems using various integration technologies (e.g., RFC, BAPI, ALE/IDoc, Web Services).
• Perform data migration activities into SAP CRM using standard tools or custom ABAP programs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM applications, diagnosing issues and implementing timely solutions.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business users to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Optimize ABAP code and CRM configurations for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM functionalities, ABAP development techniques, and industry best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience as an SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with a focus on SAP CRM.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ABAP programming for SAP CRM, including Web UI development (BOL/GENIL, UI component workbench, AET).
• Functional understanding of key SAP CRM business processes in Sales, Service, and/or Marketing.
• Experience with integration technologies used in SAP environments.
• Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning of ABAP programs.
• Familiarity with SAP development best practices and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience with S/4HANA CRM or C/4HANA integration is a plus.
