Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English.
  • Must be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.

Mandatory Skills:$Hands-on working knowledge in SAP Customer Service.

  • Work experience in SAP Sales & Distribution.$Work experience in Implementation Projects.$Knowledge in interfaces (EDI, API etc..).
  • Able to understand business processes, ability to validate the proposed solution & handle the requirements delivery.
  • Establish & maintain effective relationship with cross functional/technical teams.
  • Able to actively support business users.$Exposure of S/4 HANA & Fiori Apps.

Good to have skills :

Working knowledge of Warranty & Claims.

Work experience in Roll-out Projects.

Ability to review the business blueprint, functional specifications for SAP Customer Service development, user acceptance test plans and participate in cutover activities during go-live phases.
