Role & Responsibilities

• Minimum 10 years of experience in implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS) projects.
• At least 3 end-to-end (E2E) implementations leading the CS track.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP configuration, implementation, and support in S/4HANA environments.
• Preferable to have global implementation experience, especially in multi-country rollouts with local taxation compliance.
• Solid knowledge of Finance integration in the context of Customer Service processes.
• Ability to capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Proven experience in providing consulting advice to clients on SCM (Supply Chain Management) processes in SAP.
• Experience in leading S/4HANA projects using FIORI and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
• Skilled in integrating SAP S/4HANA with external systems.
• Preferred experience working in Japanese projects or with Japanese clients.
