Sap Crm Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP CRM solutions (WebUI/IC, One Order Framework, CRM Middleware).
• Work on S/4HANA-based CRM scenarios and related integrations.
• Participate in full lifecycle implementations requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment & support.
• Develop and optimize ABAP Objects, BAdIs, BAPIs, Enhancements, User Exits, and Interfaces.
• Troubleshoot CRM middleware issues, replication, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and perform code reviews.
• Support integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, CPI, and third-party systems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM Technical.
• Strong development expertise in ABAP OO, BSP, WebUI, CRM UI Framework.
• Experience with S/4HANA integrations and CRM functionalities.
• Expertise in CRM Middleware, BDOC processing, and replication.
• Hands-on experience in Implementation projects (at least 1–2 full lifecycle).
• Good knowledge of OData, CDS Views, Fiori integration (preferred).
• Strong debugging skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication & client-facing skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of SAP SD, SAP CS, or other functional modules.
• Experience with SAP BTP or integration with cloud applications.
