Job Description

Job Summary:

The SAP CRM Technical Consultant is responsible for the development, customization, and technical support of SAP CRM systems. The role involves working closely with functional consultants and business users to deliver scalable and maintainable technical solutions for CRM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance SAP CRM applications using ABAP and Web UI components
  • Customize and extend SAP CRM technical objects such as BOL/GENIL, BSP, and UI components
  • Integrate SAP CRM with ECC and third-party systems using middleware, RFCs, IDocs, or Web Services
  • Work with functional consultants to understand business requirements and implement technical solutions
  • Perform technical analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation of SAP CRM solutions
  • Debug and resolve issues in CRM modules like Sales, Service, and Marketing
  • Support data migration, interface development, and CRM middleware monitoring
  • Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and guidelines
  • Participate in system upgrades, patch implementations, and performance tuning

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP CRM technical development
  • Proficiency in ABAP, Web UI (BSP, BOL/GENIL), and CRM middleware
  • Strong understanding of CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing)
  • Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and integration with CRM
  • Experience with Fiori or UI5 in CRM environment
  • Familiarity with SAP CRM WebClient UI Framework
  • SAP CRM Technical certification
