Configuration of Sales Order Management, Contracts Management, Quotation Management, etc.
Experience in Middleware configuration - CRM and ECC, Administration Console, Data Loads,
Configuration of E2E Service Request management, Contract, warranty etc
Experience on Configuring Interaction center configuration
Extensive experience in SAP CRM Middleware.
Experience in Change and Incident Management any tool
