SAP CRM Functional Consultant

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CRM solutions and will be responsible for analyzing business needs, configuring CRM modules, and ensuring successful implementation and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP CRM modules to meet client needs.
• Support the implementation of SAP CRM solutions from initiation to go-live.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP CRM functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM with other systems.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in SAP CRM functional consulting.
• Strong understanding of SAP CRM modules and their functionalities.
• Experience with SAP CRM configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements effectively.
• Proficient in SAP integration processes with other SAP modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP certification in CRM is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry-specific CRM practices and trends.
