Job Description
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAPs best practices for implementing SAP CRM business processes.
- Should have functional proficiency in SAP CRM master data, CRM marketing, CRM service and Interfaces with third party applications
- Should have functional proficiency in SAP middlewares, IDoc interfaces, Master Data Template configurations and replications.
- Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area specially with regards to Utilities industry.
- Strong understanding of business processes behind customer programs
- Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live Support.
