SAP Convergent Mediation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SAP Convergent Mediation Specialist to support and enhance mediation processes within a complex multi-service environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and optimizing SAP Convergent Mediation to efficiently collect, transform, and distribute usage data for billing.

Responsibilities:

• Business Requirement Gathering: Design, conduct, and support business discussions to effectively gather requirements and define optimal mediation strategies.
• Integration with SAP CC & CI: Work closely with IT, finance, and business teams to integrate mediation processes seamlessly with SAP Convergent Charging (CC) and SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) for accurate revenue management.
• High-Volume Configuration: Configure and optimize SAP Convergent Mediation to handle high-volume transaction processing efficiently in both real-time and batch environments.
• Data Processing & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues, ensuring seamless usage data transformation and distribution.
• Client Team Augmentation: Collaborate with IBM resources playing Nestlé Client roles to augment the client team, providing specialized expertise.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with best practices for data transformation and telecom or utility billing processes.
• Workflow Improvement: Continuously improve mediation workflows for enhanced efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in SAP Convergent Mediation.
• Strong knowledge of telecom or utility billing systems.
• Integration knowledge with SAP Convergent Charging (CC) and SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI).
• Proficiency in handling high-volume transactions.
• Strong understanding of data transformation processes.
