SAP Concur Consultant - S/4 HANA Module

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of SAP Concur implementation projects, from planning to post-go-live support
• Analyze client business requirements related to travel and expense management
• Design and configure SAP Concur Expense Management and Invoice Management modules
• Set up robust audit rules, compliance controls, and define comprehensive expense policies
• Develop and execute integration strategies with SAP ERP systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA)
• Configure integration with third-party systems such as credit card providers and travel platforms
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation including blueprints, specs, and test scripts
• Conduct system and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide expert troubleshooting and end-user support for SAP Concur issues
• Deliver end-user training and develop training materials
• Stay updated on SAP Concur product updates, enhancements, and best practices
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, project teams, and provide leadership to junior consultants
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution demos and estimation when required

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Concur implementation
• Proven track record in successful end-to-end SAP Concur projects
• Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ERP systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA)

Required Technical Skills:

• SAP Concur Expense configuration and implementation
• SAP Concur Invoice Management (preferred)
• Integration with SAP ERP, APIs, iDocs
• Audit rule and policy configuration
• Approval workflow customization
• Data mapping and transformation
• System and UAT testing
• Troubleshooting and performance support
• SAP Concur reporting and analytics
• Security and user role management

Functional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of travel and expense business processes
• Experience designing and enforcing expense policies and audit rules
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work in cross-functional remote teams
• Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in conducting end-user training sessions

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Concur certification
• Experience with SAP Fieldglass integration
• Understanding of tax regulations related to T&E processes
• Experience with data migration and cleansing
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
