SAP Commerce Cloud Functional Consultant

• Act as a Business Analyst (BA) for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) initiatives.

• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices in JIRA.

• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.

• Maintain meeting notes, issue tracking, and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure requirement clarity and timely delivery.
