Sap Co Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA CO solutions. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing controlling processes across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP CO.
• Design and configure SAP CO modules: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Internal Orders.
• Deliver end-to-end SAP CO solutions in S/4HANA environments.
• Ensure seamless integration with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Guide clients on best practices for financial and management accounting.
• Conduct testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Manage project deliverables and mentor junior consultants.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8-11 years of hands-on experience in SAP CO.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of CO configuration and cross-module integration.
• Proven ability to lead client discussions and deliver scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• SAP CO certification is a plus.
