SAP CML Solution Architect

Job Summary:

The SAP ERP Banking Services Specialist is responsible for delivering solutions and support across a range of banking functions within the SAP environment. The role requires a deep understanding of SAP Banking modules including product portfolio, customer and account creation, and technical integration using APIs and web services. The ideal candidate will have technical experience in loans management and strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and external channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support SAP ERP Banking Services, ensuring stability and performance
• Oversee customer (BP) and account creation processes
• Implement and maintain savings, term deposit, transactional, and loan products
• Handle payment processing and product pricing within the SAP ecosystem
• Monitor and manage end-of-day processing and generation of statements
• Integrate frontend and external channels using web services, PI interfaces, and REST APIs
• Work with post-processing tRFC and parallel processing functionalities
• Coordinate agent bank transfers and handle nomination functionalities
• Support and eventually phase out obsolete check processing modules
• Apply technical expertise in CML (Customer Management Loans) or Loans Management
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for solution delivery
• Ensure clear documentation and communication of technical solutions
