Key Responsibilities:
SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Implementation:
Design, configure, and implement integrations between SAP Cloud Platform and other internal/external systems.
Leverage SAP CPI for cloud-based integrations, using pre-built content and designing custom interfaces.
Implement and monitor iFlow processes, message mapping, and adapter configurations for seamless data exchange.
Configure and manage APIs, OData services, and REST/SOAP services for inter-system communication.
Integration Design and Configuration:
Develop end-to-end integration solutions to meet business requirements using SAP Cloud Platform Integration services.
Integrate SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and other third-party applications using SAP CPI.
Use integration patterns (e.g., A2A, B2B, HCI) to configure cloud-to-on-premise, cloud-to-cloud, and hybrid environments.
Design data transformations, mapping logic, and manage integration flow across platforms.
Monitoring and Support:
Monitor the performance and health of all integrations in SAP CPI and ensure seamless operation of integration flows.
Provide ongoing support for resolving any integration issues, performance bottlenecks, or errors in production environments.
Troubleshoot and debug integration problems, ensuring prompt resolution of integration failures.
Perform regular system health checks and suggest improvements to optimize integrations.
Collaboration and Documentation:
Work with business analysts, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Document integration designs, processes, mapping specifications, and configuration settings for knowledge transfer and auditing purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the integration solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure the security and compliance of integrations by following industry best practices and security protocols (e.g., OAuth, SSL/TLS, data encryption).
Implement appropriate authentication mechanisms to secure APIs and ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
Ensure that all integrations comply with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate integration solutions.
Create test cases, test plans, and ensure that integrations meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Perform load testing and stress testing to validate the system's capability to handle large volumes of data.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest SAP Cloud Platform developments and integration trends.
Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the integration processes by incorporating the latest tools and technologies in the SAP ecosystem.
Contribute to the evolution of the integration architecture and help with the design of scalable and reusable integration solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI/PO, or SAP Cloud Integration.
Solid understanding of SAP Cloud Platform and cloud-based integration technologies.
Proficiency in integration concepts, including RESTful APIs, SOAP, OData, and IDocs.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and other cloud and on-premise applications integration.
Hands-on experience in iFlow design, message mapping, adapter configurations, and API management.
Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Fiori is a plus.
Familiarity with integration monitoring and logging tools in the SAP CPI environment.
Experience with integration testing and debugging techniques.
