SAP CAP Architect

Responsibilities:

• SAP CAP Architect (CDS Modeling, BTP Implementation, Node.js Backend, and Unit Testing Expertise)
• Overall 9+ years of IT experience
• Strong understanding of SAP CAP, including CDS modeling concepts and best practices.
• Proficient in SAP BTP and experience in implementing BTP Extension Suite for extending SAP applications.
• Solid experience in backend development using Node.js for creating CAP microservices.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Chai, Mocha, or equivalent, and experience in writing unit test cases for backend services.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in CAP applications, BTP extensions, and backend services.
• Experience in code reviews and compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead a team of back-end, front-end and, testing and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation skills to create technical documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in SAP CAP, BTP, Node.js, and unit testing frameworks.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (4 years+ Degree in Education)
