SAP C4C Professional

We are looking for an experienced SAP C4C Professional to implement and support SAP Cloud for Customer Sales and Service modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP C4C Sales/Service modules.
• Understand business requirements and design cloud-based solutions.
• Integrate C4C with SAP ECC/S4HANA using CPI.
• Develop custom screens, workflows, and reports.
• Support testing cycles and training end users.
• Manage ticket resolutions and system enhancements.
