SAP BRIM CC,CM,CI,SOM Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant with expertise in Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Mediation (CM), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Subscription Order Management (SOM) to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting SAP BRIM solutions, with a focus on optimizing billing processes and enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP BRIM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP BRIM modules including Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Mediation (CM), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Subscription Order Management (SOM).
• Perform system integration and testing to ensure the implementation meets business needs.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP BRIM applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP BRIM functionalities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-18 years of experience in SAP BRIM with strong expertise in CC, CM, CI, and SOM modules.
• Proficiency in SAP BRIM configuration and customization techniques.
• Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and subscription management processes.
• Experience with integration of SAP BRIM with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of business processes in telecommunications, utilities, or similar industries is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
• SAP certification in BRIM modules is preferred.
