Role: SAP BODS Administrator

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BODS Administration

Technical Skills:

• SAP BODS 4.2 or above (Administration & Support)
• Unix / Linux basics
• ITIL processes
• ServiceNow
• Control-M or equivalent scheduling tools

Support Model:

• 24×7 L2 Production Support readiness

Competencies:

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination
• Reporting and documentation skills
