Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Ensure reliable and efficient operation of SAP solution landscapes, including maintenance of High Availability and Disaster Recovery systems.
  • Contribute to maintaining SAP Cloud services for SAP Solutions and its peripherals.
  • Provide regular support to SAP users in ECC, BW, Business Objects, PO, Portal, SRM, and content server.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues or end-user issues related to Certificates, Web Dispatcher, Oracle, Job scheduling, monitoring, Interfaces, and Workloads.
  • Administer SAP interfaces connected via PO system.
  • Complete implementation and enhancement project work with a focus on achieving key milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to standards and maintain quality documentation for the SAP environments, meeting audit and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with functional SAP experts and business teams to assist with ongoing SAP support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of work experience in SAP implementation and support; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Experience in supporting SAP landscape and upgrade activities.
  • Possess good knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP on Oracle and HANA.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of SAP products including SAP ECC, BW, Business Objects, PI, Fiori, Portal, Solution Manager, Content Server, Web Dispatcher, SRM, and SSL certificates.
  • Have performed SAP NetWeaver administration and technical core tasks such as SAP installation, upgrade, support packs, add-on updates, system refresh, client copy, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to estimate project activities.
  • Be ready to learn new technologies and provide suggestions for improvements.
  • Basic knowledge of Unix scripting.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Committed individual who is self-motivated, deadline-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
