SAP BASIS BTP Admin_C2H

Key Responsibilities:

SAP BASIS Administration:

• Perform SAP system installations, upgrades, patching, and kernel updates.
• Manage client copies, transport management, performance tuning, and system health checks.
• Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, etc.).
• Manage SAP users, roles, and authorizations using SU01/PFCG.

SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Administration:

• Administer BTP global account, subaccounts, entitlements, and service instances (Cloud Foundry / Neo).
• Manage connectivity between BTP and SAP back-end systems via SAP Cloud Connector.
• Monitor deployed applications, handle subscriptions, and manage roles in BTP cockpit.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices, including OAuth, XSUAA, and SAML configurations.

Integration & Support:

• Collaborate with developers and functional consultants for smooth integration and deployment across BTP and on-premise landscapes.
• Support incident and change management processes.
• Work with SAP support for OSS messages and system troubleshooting.

Documentation & Transition:

• Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training during transition to full-time or new team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP BASIS administration experience.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector, IAS/IPS, and BTP security configuration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
