Job Summary:

Experienced SAP BASIS professional responsible for the installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of SAP systems. Skilled in ensuring high availability and performance of SAP landscapes through proactive system management and support. Adept at managing system upgrades, migrations, patching, and user administration while working closely with functional and technical teams to support enterprise SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, and Solution Manager
• Monitor system performance and availability using SAP and third-party tools
• Manage SAP kernel upgrades, support packages, enhancement packs, and system refreshes
• Perform client administration including client copies, client exports/imports, and client deletion
• Handle SAP transport management, job scheduling, and troubleshooting issues
• Maintain database integrity and perform backup and recovery tasks
• Coordinate with SAP support for OSS messages and SAP notes implementation
• Ensure SAP system security, user and role administration, and compliance with internal controls
• Support SAP system migrations, cloud integrations, and technical projects
• Collaborate with functional teams and infrastructure teams for smooth operations
