Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP Ariba Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of SAP Ariba solutions across various procurement processes such as Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, and Contract Management.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP Ariba modules according to the business requirements, ensuring that all processes are optimized for performance and usability.
- Integration: Integrate SAP Ariba with other SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party applications to create a seamless flow of data and optimize procurement operations.
- Business Process Mapping: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand procurement workflows and business requirements, mapping these processes to SAP Ariba solutions.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution for issues related to SAP Ariba functionalities, modules, and integrations. Help resolve incidents and service requests within the agreed-upon SLA.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and functional teams to ensure efficient use of SAP Ariba solutions.
- Testing & Validation: Support the development and execution of test cases, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate the solution to ensure it meets business requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest SAP Ariba features, updates, and industry best practices. Recommend and implement improvements to optimize procurement processes and maximize the value of SAP Ariba.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to system configuration, process flows, training materials, and troubleshooting guides.
- Project Management: Lead or participate in project planning, scoping, and delivery activities. Ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP Ariba projects and enhancements.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, SAP functional consultants, and other teams to ensure that SAP Ariba solutions align with overall business objectives and requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in SAP Ariba, specifically in procurement, supplier management, sourcing, or contract management.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules such as Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Ariba Network.
- Solid understanding of SAP Ariba integration with other SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems.
- Experience with SAP Ariba implementation projects, including configuration, business process mapping, testing, and go-live support.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with Cloud-based solutions and the ability to leverage cloud technologies for optimization and automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies for project management and delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
