Position: SAP Data Architect

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Architect with a strong background in enterprise data management, SAP S/4HANA architecture, and data integration. The role involves leading data structure design, ensuring consistency, and managing large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data architecture design across SAP modules and legacy systems.
• Define and implement data governance strategies, master data management (MDM), and metadata standards.
• Architect data migration strategies for SAP S/4HANA projects, including ETL processes, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models based on business and technical needs.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP and non-SAP platforms.
• Establish and maintain data quality frameworks and monitoring tools.
• Conduct impact assessments to ensure scalable, sustainable data architecture.
• Support analytics and reporting by implementing structured data delivery using tools like SAP BW and SAP HANA.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise data architecture, with 8+ years focused on SAP ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA data models, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Expertise in integrating SAP data with cloud platforms, especially AWS Data Lake (S3).
• Strong experience with SAP data migration tools such as SAP Data Services, LTMC, LSMW, and BODS.
• Proven ability in data governance, master data strategy, and full data lifecycle management.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

• SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP S/4HANA or Datasphere
• TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture)
• ITIL Foundation (for aligning IT and business processes)
