Job Description
Lead SAP AMS business for mid to large-size clients, focusing on client acquisition, presales, and delivery excellence.
Manage multiple SAP AMS projects (5+ minimum) and ensure successful execution and delivery outcomes.
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams aimed at process improvement, optimization, and transformation.
Implement leading practice workflows, address quality deficits, and drive operational outcomes.
Drive year-on-year improvements in the AMS model, including automation, innovation, team optimization, and offshoring strategies.
Operate in multi-client shared team environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Provide strategic direction and make analytical decisions to prioritize tasks and achieve business goals.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through excellent written and verbal skills.
