SAP ABAP HR -LEAD ROLE

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ABAP HR development initiatives and ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
• Work on HR modules including HCM, Payroll, and related functional integrations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical designs.
• Perform code reviews, quality checks, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
• Drive enhancements, customizations, and performance optimization for HR systems.
• Support issue resolution, testing cycles, and production deployments.
• Guide junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
