SAP ABAP Consultant

Mandatory Skills:

• SAP ABAP Development Expertise: Proficiency in at least 3 out of 6 (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) areas.
• OOPS ABAP: Strong object-oriented programming skills.
• S/4 HANA Implementation: Experience with at least one end-to-end implementation.
• OData and CDS Views: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience.
• BDC and VDM: Competency in managing BDC processes and VDM models.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication (minimum 4 out of 5 rating).

Role Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in relevant SAP ABAP development roles
• Team Management: Capability to guide and manage 12 junior team members.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to independently design (TechSpec) and develop objects.
• Project Exposure: Hands-on experience in S/4 HANA and SAP ABAP enhancements.
