SAP ABAP

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in Core Data Services (CDS) and ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in modern ABAP development within the S/4HANA environment and be capable of delivering efficient, scalable, and optimized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance applications using ABAP, CDS Views, and AMDP.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize code for performance within the HANA database environment.
• Create and maintain ABAP reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms (RICEF).
• Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging.
• Document technical designs and user guides where necessary.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, specifically with:
• Core Data Services (CDS)
• AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures)
• Good understanding of S/4HANA ABAP programming model.
• Experience with object-oriented ABAP (OOPs ABAP).
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization in SAP HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 integration (nice to have).
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant SAP ABAP development experience.
