Job Description

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Incident Resolution : Investigating and resolve ABAP related incidents and issues reported by end-users in the SAP central Finance system
• Enhancement changes : Implement enhancements and changes to existing ABAP programs, reports and interfaces based on the business requirements and change requests
• Performance Monitoring :Monitor the Performance of the ABAP developments proactively address any issues affecting system performance.
• Continuous improvement : Identify opportunities for the process improvements, efficiency gains, and automation within the SAP Central Finance support Landscape.
• Documentation Update : Maintain and update technical documentation
• Collaboration with Functional : work closely with functional and end users to understand support needs and ensure alignment with business processes.
