Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving growth targets, expanding the customer base, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive growth and ensure the sales team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Design and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Team Management: Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding client needs.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to management.
- Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets, monitor market shifts, and stay informed about new products and competition.
