Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell jewelry products to walk-in and regular customers
• Provide product information, guidance, and recommendations to customers
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a positive buying experience
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Assist in visual merchandising and display of jewelry products
• Handle billing, stock updates, and record-keeping for sales transactions
• Stay updated on jewelry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity
