SalesforceRelease Engineer

We are seeking a Salesforce Release Engineer with proven DevOps experience and hands-on proficiency with the Flosum tool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce release pipeline, ensuring efficient and seamless deployments across various environments within the Sales & Service domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Release Management: Manage and execute end-to-end Salesforce release processes, ensuring smooth and timely deployments.
• DevOps Implementation: Implement and enhance DevOps practices for Salesforce, fostering a culture of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Flosum Tool Expertise: Utilize the Flosum tool extensively for version control, deployment automation, and release pipeline management within Salesforce environments.
• Environment Management: Oversee Salesforce environment strategy, including sandboxes, and ensure proper branching and merging strategies are followed.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the existing release processes, aiming for increased efficiency, reliability, and speed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and project managers to understand release requirements and resolve deployment challenges.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues and contribute to maintaining system stability.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of release processes, tools, and configurations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong DevOps experience in a Salesforce context.
• Hands-on proficiency with the Flosum tool.
• Experience in Salesforce release management.
• Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
