Salesforce Vlocity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Design and implement Vlocity/OmniStudio components including DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, and OmniScripts.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable and secure software architectures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development processes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow version control best practices using Git.
• Apply Test-Driven Development practices and support automation testing for platform components.
• Work on cloud and microservices integrations to enhance system performance and connectivity.
• Ensure data security, encryption practices, and compliance standards are met across all solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver high-quality resolutions.
• Partner with product owners and business teams to ensure solutions meet customer-centric design principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and deployment.
