Role Technical Architect

1 Should have at least 12 years of Salesforce Experience

2 Excellent Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Health Cloud OmniStudio features

3 Sound understanding of Salesforce and its eco system

4 Should lead the design implementation and governance of enterprise grade healthcare solutions leveraging Health Cloud

5 Provide Handson technical leadership during solution buildout including configuration customization and integration oversight

6 Guide development teams on Health Cloud best practices Create and maintain architecture artifacts including system diagrams data flows integration blueprints and security models

7 Work onsite with business clinical and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs

8 Can independently handle overall architectural designs Envision NFRs and implement the same

9 Ability to translate clinical and business needs into scalable technical solutions Proven onsite consulting and customer facing experience

10 Act as a trusted advisor in solution presentations RFP responses roadmap discussions and architecture reviews

11 Collaborate with product owners compliance teams and enterprise architects to align solutions with business outcomes

12Ensure adherence to architectural principles performance baselines and design governance Oversee data governance models
