Salesforce Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities

a: Analyze Requirements and recommend best solution options

b: Estimate, Design and deliver solutions for implementations using Salesforce Products to stakeholders

c: Ensure code and configuration is delivered to meet business process, security standards and application requirements

d: Ensure on time and quality delivery

e: Good to manage Risk, Issues, Delivery tracking, Status Reporting

Technical Experience

a:Must have good Salesforce experience

b:should have Salesforce Configuration knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Model with Solution Architect experience

c:Should be Salesforce Customization knowledge experience including but not limited to APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class,lightening components

d:Should have driven greenfield implementations with architect inputs for SF Sales and Service cloud

e: To have a good understanding in implementing salesforce specific design patterns, best practices to manage large data volume and integration and technical solutions for security

Professional Attributes

a:Must have good communication skill

b:Should be able to work in client facing roles

c: Should be able to coaching and mentoring junior resources

d:Should be able to lead a team of more than 10 members

Educational Qualification

a:BE/BTech/Bsc/ Other graduation

Additional Information

a:Must have at least 5 Salesforce certifications

b:Good to have salesforce certified Application Architect/System Architect certifications
