Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as subject matter expert to assess trade-offs, technology feasibility, and make architectural decisions.
• Work directly with clients, business leaders, and process owners to lead projects and facilitate business process analysis sessions.
• Guide customers to leverage standard Salesforce functionality instead of custom solutions while designing alternatives to overcome platform limitations.
• Lead and facilitate design and modeling sessions with clients.
• Create project deliverables from process to system design, emphasizing functional and technical design.
• Serve as Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced and Billing product specialist and participate in industry communities/events.
• Help establish a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced Center of Excellence within TCS CPQ practice.
• Design, supervise, and create technical configurations using Salesforce platform tools and script-based technologies.
• Design, implement, and test advanced Quote and Product Configuration integrations with Salesforce.
• Coordinate developer tasks, conduct design/code reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Provide guidance on all SDLC phases and impact of Salesforce CPQ as required.
• Mentor and guide the CPQ Practice team.
