Salesforce QA Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Quality Engineering (QE):
• Lead Salesforce QA Testing with a focus on Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and optimization of QE processes and tools.
• Automation Testing:
• Utilize Selenium for automation testing to validate functionality and performance.
• Use tools like JIRA, Postman, and other QE tools for defect management, issue tracking, and testing.
• Defect Management:
• Strong knowledge in version-control procedures and defect management processes.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues within Salesforce environments (Marketing Cloud & Pardot).
• Analysis & Decision Making:
• Perform analytical tasks to resolve issues effectively.
• Conduct detailed testing and troubleshooting, ensuring the highest quality standards.

Mandatory Skills:

• Salesforce QA Testing (specifically for Marketing Cloud and Pardot).
• Strong proficiency in Selenium for automation testing.
• Experience with JIRA and Postman.
• Deep understanding of QE processes and tools.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in database management and proficiency in testing practices.
