Conduct end-to-end functional, manual, and regression testing for Salesforce applications
Write and execute test cases across various Salesforce Clouds, preferably Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Develop test plans, test cases, and detailed test documentation based on functional and technical requirements
Ensure all User Story Acceptance Criteria are thoroughly tested within Agile sprint timelines
Perform integration testing, cross-browser testing, mobile testing, and translation testing
Utilize Salesforce Data Loader for data import/export operations (insert, update, delete)
Participate in defect triage meetings, working closely with developers and stakeholders
Write and execute automation scripts; contribute to automation projects
Perform REST API testing and validate data exchanges between integrated systems
Utilize or gain experience with Copado Automation for CI/CD and QA pipelines
Collaborate with the development and project management teams to ensure high software quality
Document and maintain test cases, scripts, and supporting data
Support Agile Scrum processes and ensure timely QA deliverables
Flexibility to work overlapping hours with US teams for effective collaboration

4–6 years of total QA/testing experience
4+ years in Salesforce manual testing, with relevant automation experience
Strong understanding of business requirement gathering and functional breakdown
Ability to work independently and drive complex QA projects
Experience in REST API testing
Familiarity with scripting languages like Python
Experience working in an Agile Scrum QA environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and adaptable to complex environments

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
Automation Testing Certification (preferred)
