• Analyse business and technical requirements related to Salesforce CRM.

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing on Salesforce platforms.

• Validate Salesforce configurations including Workflows, Validation Rules, Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and Security settings.

• Test custom Salesforce developments such as Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (LWC/Aura).

• Conduct data validation and data migration testing using SOQL and Data Loader tools.

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to resolve defects.

• Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps.

• Support release cycles and perform smoke and sanity testing post-deployment.

• Ensure adherence to QA processes and best practices.
