Salesforce QA CPQ/ARM

Test Planning & Execution

• Analyze requirements, design documents, and use cases to develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases

• Execute testing for Salesforce applications including CPQ (Steelbrick) and/or Revenue Cloud

• Perform ETL testing for Salesforce-ERP integrations to ensure data accuracy and consistency

• Apply Black Box, White Box, Performance, and Automated testing methodologies

• Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data and verify test results

Automation & Tools

• Design, build, and maintain automated regression tests for end-to-end business process validation using Provar or Selenium

• Utilize test execution, defect tracking, and reporting tools to manage progress and quality outcomes

Process & Collaboration

• Provide accurate project estimates, testing timelines, and resource assessments

• Work effectively within Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks

• Understand DevOps/CI-CD processes to improve testing efficiency and deployment quality

• Apply analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to quickly identify and resolve defects
