MUST HAVES:
- 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect role (8+ years overall experience in Salesforce)
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce Integrations with other enterprise systems
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lighting Framework, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience working in Agile environments
- DevOps and CI/CD expertise
PLUSSES:
- CRM Analytics or Data Cloud experience
- Experience with Data architecture, Security, and governance frameworks for SF platforms
- SF Architect certifications
- Prior experience working in open source or technology driven organizations
DAY-TO-DAY
This person will be working with various workstreams across the Sales CRM Transformation teams to enhance architecture plans and execution for the migration from classic to lighting. Responsibilities will include:
- Define Salesforce Strategy and Architecture: Develop and maintain the Salesforce platform strategy to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with Red Hat's enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead Salesforce Implementations: Oversee the end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce projects, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Cross-Platform Integration: Design robust integrations between Salesforce and Red Hat's internal systems (ERP, marketing automation tools, customer service platforms, etc.) using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and developers to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Governance and Standards: Establish governance frameworks, architecture guidelines, and best practices for Salesforce development, including data management and security protocols.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and automation to improve sales, service, and customer experience processes.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with Salesforce and other technology vendors to leverage product capabilities and manage system upgrades.
