At least 6+ years of strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in below areas
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Triggered Send Emails, Automation and Journey Builder, Push Notification (Mobile Studio), Custom Activity Integration and usage, Contact builder from development perspective.
Knowledge is Social Studio and Advertising Studio will be a definite plus.
Good Understanding of Education domain would be an advantage. Behavioral Email and Push notification Programs journey for all consumers on website and Apps stores
Interact with client business team and other developers/tester for any clarification required. SPOC of all technical/functional queries raised by offshore/nearshore team providing solutions
To do impact analysis, participate in high level design, create design specifications as per the high-level design, create POCs wherever required to showcase new functionalities, create / review unit test plans for the project in order to develop / Validate / Maintain the application as per the requirements.
Experience in Third party integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud system will be good to have
Hands on with Azure DevOps / Jira Tools.
Independent and Proactive
Strong written and Verbal Communication Skills. Smoothly Coordinate with Development team, Testing Team and other stakeholders to ensure risk free and quality delivery
