Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization solutions
• Drive 1:1 customer engagement strategies across web, mobile applications, and email channels
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and architecture discussions
• Collaborate with business and architecture teams to define system integration and governance strategies
• Advise on enterprise architecture, performance optimization, and development best practices
