Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Development:

• Design and develop custom solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet client requirements.
• Build journeys, emails, automation workflows, and data-driven marketing campaigns.
• Implement and customize Marketing Cloud functionalities using AMPscript, SQL, and other scripting languages.

Integration and Data Management:

• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, APIs, and databases for seamless data flow.
• Manage data extensions, data models, and data configuration within the Marketing Cloud environment.

Marketing Automation and Personalization:

• Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, including triggered sends, segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization rules.
• Implement and test Journey Builder experiences to ensure optimal customer engagement and conversion.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance.
• Analyze results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to marketing teams on using Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities.
