Job Description
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Triggered Send Emails, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio (Push Notifications)
- Hands-on experience with Custom Activity Integration and Contact Builder from a development perspective
- Familiarity with Social Studio and Advertising Studio is a plus
- Understanding of the education domain is an added advantage
- Experience designing and executing behavioral email and push notification journeys for consumers across websites and app stores
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for technical/functional queries from offshore/nearshore teams
- Perform impact analysis, participate in high-level design, and create detailed design specifications
- Build POCs to showcase new functionalities and prepare/review unit test plans
- Good to have experience in third-party integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Jira
- Must be independent, proactive, and possess strong communication skills
- Collaborate effectively with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
