Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership:
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise and leadership to manage a pool of resources effectively, ensuring zero slippages and high-quality code delivery.
• Provide end-to-end ownership, ensuring process adherence and identifying ways to improve productivity quarter-over-quarter (QoQ).
• Business Interaction:
• Quickly understand business needs and front-face the team in interactions with business stakeholders and GTS leadership.
• Ability to articulate work delivered by the team and provide weekly highlights on capabilities delivered.
• Efficient Delivery:
• Drive efficiencies within the team and bring value-adds to improve performance and productivity.
• Create reports and presentations for leadership, along with periodic updates and escalations.

• Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components)
• Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
• Conga
• DocuSign
• DevOps Tools

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication skills for reporting and articulating technical work.
