Job Description
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience working in an enterprise Salesforce environment
- Must have strong exposure to Lightning components and system integrations
- Independently handle requirement gathering, impact analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate closely with client technical leads and architects for solution design and code reviews
- Participate in daily Scrum stand-ups and proactively report issues or blockers
- Engage in regular communication with Infosys teams and client stakeholders for updates and feedback
- Mentor and guide junior team members, review their deliverables for quality
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for status updates and escalations
- Understand and follow Scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies
- Coordinate with onshore leads for sprint planning and release management
- Contribute to improving overall code quality and delivery timelines
