Salesforce Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components.
• Build and customize Lightning pages, flows, triggers, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with admins, architects, and business users to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with external systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and optimize performance across custom Salesforce implementations.
• Work with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket, Jenkins) for source control and deployments.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, process builder, flows)

Desirable Skills:

• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party apps using REST APIs, SOAP, or middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, and Unlocked Packages
• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Platform Developer I (PDI) – preferred
• Platform Developer II, App Builder, or JavaScript Developer I – a plus
• Exposure to Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD tools
